We’re a non-profit Faith-Based Youth & Family Community Organization that has been serving Newark’s South Ward & entire city since 1986. We provide social services to over 2,000 youth, adults & family members each year, reaching out to precious lives suffering from poverty, family instability, and/or exposure to negative influences. We help them thrive academically, socially, physically, spiritually/morally.
Our expert staff of professionals and volunteers knows this community well—many of us live here!—and we offer a variety of programs designed to promote improved grades and behavior, physical & emotional health, social skills, family and community involvement, economic empowerment, entrepreneurial and leadership skills, and spiritual growth.
